Bylaws

The Commission initially established its bylaws in 2002, aligning with its core responsiblities. Modifications took place in 2018 and 2019. Note that Bylaws governing the Connecticut Education Network, formerly on the Commission's Web site, now appear on the CEN site at CEN.CT.GOV.
