Surplus Found/Seized Property and Unclaimed Goods - Police Department Procedures to Surplus

The property shall be listed on the DPS-38A Disposal of Seized/Found Property Form.

The form should be typed on the computer, saved in excel format, and emailed to the DAS Procurement Surplus Team for a transaction number.
