Overview

The Office of Education and Data Management (OEDM) presents a The Office of Education and Data Management (OEDM) presents a schedule of career development classes each semester that is intended to further the professional education of individuals who work with the Connecticut building and fire codes. each semester that is intended to further the professional education of individuals who work with the Connecticut building and fire codes. 

Classes are open to building code enforcement and fire officials, and design and trades professionals. Training is free of charge.

Seminars are offered in the fall (September – December) and spring (January – June) at various times and locations across the state.  Credentialed building and fire officials receive continuing education credits for attending.
