Connecticut Operator Retraining Program

Connecticut drivers may be required to complete the Operator Retraining Program. Drivers—referred to here as “operators”—who are required to participate in the program will receive a letter from the Connecticut DMV.

Agencies may use this program for drivers that have been a party to multiple driving complaints or accidents.

When contacting the vendor, make it clear that the employee is taking the class at the request of their employer and not by the court.

Each agency is responsible for making arrangements with the vendor for billing and payment.
