Overview

The DAS Facilities Planning and Technical Services Unit develops and maintains a three year capital improvement plan, ensures ADA compliance, life and safety as well as environmental compliance.  

• Responsible for inspections and provides project management services for minor construction projects and repairs.  
• Collaborates with various state agencies on planning, design and construction for minor office reconfigurations or relocations.   
• Staffed with a variety of design and construction professionals to provide a wide range of services to DAS properties and clients.
