Connecticut State Agencies must include costs associated with environmental and energy services in the budget for each State Building Construction Project.  DAS/CS Environmental Planning and Energy Unit can provide assistance in developing estimated costs; please contact the appropriate personnel as noted in the “Contact” section.

Since Environmental and Energy Services must usually be completed before construction can commence, the amount required for these services should be requested for allocation in the same fiscal year that design funds are requested for the project.
