Agency personnel should contact their Agency’s Help Desk or local IT support for assistance.  The Agency’s Help Desk or local IT support will determine if the request can be handled locally.  If not, they will contact the DAS/BEST Help Desk for support (limited support outside normal business hours) at (860) 622-2300 or by submitting a ticket through Footprints.
