Overview

The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Construction Services (CS) selects On-Call Consultants for specific types of services based upon their responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). 

• DAS/CS evaluates the RFQs using a “Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) Procedure”. 
• If qualified, your firm becomes an “On-Call Consultant” and is placed on a list(s) to provide On-Call Consulting Services on State Building Construction Projects that have a total construction budget of less than $5,000,000.
• When DAS/CS has a need for On-Call Consulting Services, it will select an On-Call Consultant based on a rotating, equitable selection method from the appropriate On-Call Contract.
• A Task Letter Assignment will be negotiated with the selected On-Call Consultant.
