If you are attending LEOSA for recertification, YOU MUST:

  • Call Imisa Rivera at 860-685-8011 to schedule your date prior to filling out your application.  (See dates offered)
  • Complete the application (see forms)
  • Complete a "Release and Indemnification" form (see forms)
  • Bring your valid State of Connecticut Pistol Permit.
  • Bring your expiring LEOSA card.
