Introduction:
The Child Protection Casebook is a compendium of all the Supreme and Appellate Court child protection decisions. This project was made possible by a grant from the Court Improvement Project (CIP). The purpose of the Casebook is to provide access to child protection caselaw in order to increase awareness and understanding of child protection law that affects the rights of children and their families among the bar, case workers, court professionals, and the judiciary.

Suggestions:
It is suggested that you save the Adobe PDF file to your system for continued reference:

The addition of hyperlinks in the Table of Contents allows you to click on the topic. This will bring you to the beginning of the case summaries under the pertinent topic.  For example, if the reader is perusing the Table of Contents and would like to review the cases included under “Abandonment”, the reader would click on that link in the Table of Content and the Casebook opens to the Abandonment section.
