Malloy will speak at the Eastern Connecticut State University Women’s Center’s “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” march to raise awareness around issues of gender violence and promote gender equality. Gov. Malloy: Small Business Must Lead the Way in Job Creation
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that five Connecticut small businesses have qualified for $1,020,000 through the state’s Small Business Express Program (EXP). EXP is Governor Malloy’s signature small business program that was created as a part of the bi-partisan Jobs Bill passed during last year’s Special Session.

Tuesday: Gov. Malloy & Lt. Gov. Wyman Hold Education Town Hall in Norwalk
On Tuesday evening, Governor Dannel P. Malloy and Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman will hold a town hall meeting on education reform in Norwalk, where they will discuss the need to improve the state’s public school system with parents, students, teachers, and other concerned members of the public. This will be the eleventh town hall meeting of the Governor’s Education Reform Tour, which began at the beginning of March.
