Gov. Malloy: Connecticut's Small Businesses Driving State's Recovery
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that five Connecticut small businesses are receiving assistance through the state's Small Business Express Program (EXP). The program was part of the bipartisan Jobs Bill passed during last year's jobs special session to encourage business expansion and job growth.

Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced the interim appointment of Michael A. Caron to serve as a director of the state's Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA), the entity charged with regulating rates and services of state electricity, natural gas, water, and telecommunications providers.

Gov. Malloy: New Law Will Ensure "Thousands of Hard Working Men and Women in the Building Trades Have Good Paying Jobs"
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today highlighted a new state law that puts Connecticut in a better position to obtain federal funding for critically important infrastructure investments, reduces the number of steps it takes to get infrastructure projects started, lowers costs, and ensures that we have the best trained workforce in place for these projects.

Gov. Malloy: HealthBridge Tactics are "Unacceptable", Will Join Workers Today on the Picket Line
Governor Dannel P. Malloy and Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will join workers who recently began a strike against HealthBridge, a New Jersey based healthcare company. To date, hundreds of caregivers at 5 nursing homes across the state are taking part in the strike to protest what the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has deemed "unfair labor practices."

Gov. Malloy Thanks Glenn Marshall For His Service
