Gov. Malloy Tours Connecticut State Parks
In advance of the July 4th holiday, Governor Dannel P. Malloy today toured Hammonasset Beach State Park in Madison, Indian Well State Park in Shelton, and Black Rock State Park in Thomaston with Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Commissioner Daniel C. Esty. The Governor highlighted the importance of continued investments to improve the state park system and encouraged residents to get outside and enjoy a state park over the weekend.

Gov. Malloy Announces PLANT Grants Open to Farms Damaged by Monday's Tornado and Severe Weather
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that Connecticut farms suffering damage from Monday's tornado and severe weather are now eligible to apply for the Production Loss Assistance Needed Today (PLANT) grants that he unveiled on June 23, which are providing assistance to farms in the state that have suffered damage from this year's severe weather events.

Gov. Malloy and Secretary Merrill Announce All State Agency Regulations Now Available Online
Governor Dannel P. Malloy and Secretary of the State Denise Merrill today announced that as of this morning, all state agency regulations have now been made electronically available to the public through the State of Connecticut's website at www.ct.gov/eregulations. In addition to an accessible database of state agency regulations, the new eRegulations website will also contain all agency notices of intent to adopt new regulations, as well as all emergency regulations.

Monday: Gov. Malloy Discusses Urban Violence in Norwalk, Announces New Paint Recycling Program
On Monday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will join Norwalk Mayor Richard A. Moccia, Norwalk Police Chief Thomas E. Kulhawik, and members of the Norwalk community for a roundtable discussion on urban gun violence, including gun violence reduction strategies, community policing efforts, and other urban crime mitigation efforts.

Gov. Malloy: Federal Grant Being Used to Repair Storm Sandy Damage at Rocky Neck State Park in East Lyme
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that a portion of a federal grant the State of Connecticut received to help with Storm Sandy clean-up will be used to hire local workers to replace the boardwalk at Rocky Neck State Park in East Lyme, which was swept out to sea by the ravaging storm last year. The project, which begins in July, is a partnership among state, regional and federal agencies, and is anticipated to be completed by October.

Gov. Malloy's Public Schedule for June 26 to June 30
Beginning Wednesday, Governor Dannel P. Malloy and First Lady Cathy Malloy will be taking personal time in Nantucket. On Friday and Saturday, the Governor will participate in a Democratic Governors Association meeting. They will return on Sunday.
