    In addition to the Parent Information Center, the Regional School Choice Office (RSCO) partners with a number of community organizations to offer application assistance and general information about RSCO magnet schools and programming.

    The Regional School Choice Office (RSCO) school choice application includes the Greater Hartford Region technical high schools, the Open Choice Program and interdistrict magnet schools. Parents and guardians with children who reside in Connecticut at the time of application are eligible to apply.

    Welcome to ChoiceEducation.org! The Regional School Choice Office (RSCO) was created in partnership with operator districts to manage the Open Choice and magnet school choice process in response to the Milo Sheff, et al. v. William O’Neill, et al case and the decision in 1997.
