Application Assistance
We understand that the application process has many steps and you may have some questions along the way. We are here to help you get through it! Many of us are working remotely because of the pandemic but we are still available to provide assistance to families. We also have in-person support through the Hartford Public Library. Check out the options available to families to get the help you need from the list below!
You may email your questions to rsco.sde@ct.gov and a member of the RSCO Office staff will respond to your question as quickly as they can.

Please call 860-713-6990 and leave a message. Our RSCO Office Staff are returning calls weekdays, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Visit
Although the RSCO Parent Information Center is not open right now due to COVID restrictions, families may visit the Hartford Public Library's downtown location. RSCO has partnered with the Hartford Public Library to offer in-person application assistance and to answer your questions. Families must make appointments by contacting the Hartford Public Library staff.
