NG911 Cutover Schedule

The Division of Statewide Emergency Telecommunications (DSET) with its partner AT&T, completed deployment of the West Safety Services VIPER NG911 call handling solution to PSAPs in November of 2017.

 

DSET Policy regarding the use of Non-State-Owned UPS with NG911

Some PSAPs who are building, moving or renovating their centers have asked if they could use their PSAP UPS to support the State's NG911 equipment installed there. This is allowed, under certain circumstances. Please click on the link below to view the policy statement for non-state-owned UPS.
