9-1-1 Call Performance Reports

With the completion of the installation of the Next-Generation 9-1-1 system and the West Corporation customer-premises equipment in November of 2017, DSET is now able to generate the quarterly statistics for all PSAPs without requiring the submission of data by each individual PSAP. Reports have resumed with the first quarter of 2018, with a change in the quarterly title to "Performance Percentage Report."
