2020 No Child Left Inside®  CT State Parks Centers and Historic Buildings Day Passes Are Available at Your Local Library!

The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection has again partnered with the Connecticut Library Consortium to provide CT State Parks Centers and Historic Buildings Day Passes at the main library branch for each Connecticut town.

Connecticut residents in a Connecticut registered vehicle are no longer required to pay a parking fees at state parks and forests.  However,  there are still entrance fees to the museums and historical buildings at Dinosaur State Park in Rocky Hill, Gillette Castle State Park in East Haddam and Fort Trumbull State Park and Visitor Center in New London.

This day pass, valid from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020, waives entrance fees for the center or historic building for two adults and  4 children ages 12 and under.  

This CT State Parks Centers and Historic Buildings Day Passes cannot be used for camping or special events.
