Non-Driver Photo Identification Cards
NEW PROCESS: You will not receive a permanent driver license or ID card while at an office. It will arrive through the mail. You will keep your expiring license/ID and receive a temporary paper card. For more on this, please see Central Issuance.
The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) issues a Non-Driver Photo Identification Card (ID) to any applicant who does not possess a valid motor vehicle driver's license or whose license is presently under suspension.
