The State of Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) is requesting proposals from qualified private non-profit entities for a Statewide Adult Recovery Call Center for Crises to telephonically respond to calls from adults, 18 years of age or older, who are in a mental health and/or substance use crisis 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.
