  • The Military Support Program (MSP) - 866-251-2913
    The Military Support Program was established by the Connecticut General Assembly (Section 17a-453d) to address the behavioral health needs of National Guard and Reserve personnel affected by deployment in Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF-Afghanistan) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF-Iraq). It was later expanded to include veterans of active duty service and their families. 
  • The DMHAS Veterans Recovery Center (VRC) - 860-616-3832
    The DMHAS Veterans Recovery Center (VRC) is co-located with the Department of Veterans Affairs in Rocky Hill, CT and  offers individualized outpatient recovery services. This program is available to veterans with substance use disorders that reside at the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Rocky Hill Campus Residential Services division and to Veterans residing in their own residences off campus. Admissions are voluntary. National Guard and Reserve members also welcome.
