Montville Police Seek Whereabouts of Missing Montville Man

Montville, CT. (August 15, 2017): Montville Police Officers are seeking the whereabouts of a Montville man last seen May 4, 2017.

The Montville Police Department is seeking the whereabouts of Bryan Kiggans (dob 07/27/88), who was reported missing since May 4, 2017 was last seen in the Norwich area.

Bryan has three tattoos: four stars behind his right ear, 'Faith' on his left wrist and 'Loyalty' on his right forearm.
