State Police Make Larceny Arrest

State Police Detectives from the Eastern District Major Crime Squad at Troop D held an outstanding arrest warrant issued on 07/17/09 for the crime of Larceny 1st Degree for a subject named Toeur K. Mao DOB: 06/01/1971 of 1163 Middlesex St. Lowell, Ma.

This warrant was stemming from the Larceny by possession of a stolen box truck recovered at the Wal- Mart Store in Putnam, Ct.  The commercial truck was stolen out of the State of New Hampshire.  Toeur Mao was located by the Lowell, Ma. Police Department and arrested as a Fugitive From Justice based on the extraditable warrant from CT. Mao waived extradition on 06/06/2011 and was held at the Cambridge Jail pending the return to CT.  On 06/07/2011 Detectives from the Eastern District Major Crime Squad assigned to Troop D took Mao into custody at Cambridge Jail.  He was transported back to Connecticut and arrested at 12:46 PM on the outstanding warrant in Thompson, Ct. at the state line.

The accused was processed at Connecticut State Police Troop D and held on a $10000.00 cash or surety bond pending arraignment in Danielson Superior Court on 06/08/2011.
