State Police Make Felony Evading Arrest

On 3/6/2010 State Police Troop G – Bridgeport investigated a fatal motor vehicle accident involving a passenger car and tractor-trailer truck.  As a result of the accident, the tractor-trailer truck rolled over killing the operator.  The two occupants of the motor vehicle fled the scene and never contacted State Police regarding the accident.

State Troopers and Western District Major Crime Detectives conducted a lengthy investigation.  Troopers and Detectives spoke with several witnesses, and were able to identify the two occupants of the vehicle.  Both occupants were located and subsequently interviewed.  Though the course of the investigation it was determined that Allen Boulware was the driver of the motor vehicle at the time of the accident.

As a result of the investigation Detectives applied for an arrest warrant to the Superior Court.  Detectives arrested Boulware, by warrant, on 3/8/2011.
