State Police Lodge Additional Charges In Terryville Murder Case

The Connecticut State Police Western District Major Crime Squad Detectives have continued to investigate the murder of DYLAN SHERMAN a Bristol resident.

Today 04/18/11 Troopers formally charged the accused who is presently incarcerated on charges that are related to this case.

ARRESTED: Dennis M. Guerrera DOB 11/20/89

CHARGES: Murder

                     Conspiracy to Commit Murder

                     Felony Murder

                     Kidnapping First Degree

                     Conspiracy to commit Kidnapping First Degree

Accused Guerrera was transported by the Dept. of Correction to Bristol Superior Court today 04/18/11 where he was formally re-arrested by State Police on these charges. He is being held on bond to be arraigned today on these new additional charges.
