STATE TROOPERS SEEK PUBLIC’S HELP IN IDENTIFYING SUSPECT

On December 24, 2009 State Troopers from Troop E in Montville were called to the Target store on River Rd. in Lisbon, Ct. to investigate the complaint of a sexual assault.

Upon arrival the investigating Trooper determined that the incident occurred inside the Target store on December 24, 2009 at approximately 11:30 am.  The suspect is described as a white male, 5’9” – 5’10”, 190 pounds, with short brown hair and was last seen wearing a blue shirt, a dark gray or brown coat, and blue jeans.  The suspect allegedly made inappropriate contact with a female inside the store.

Through investigative efforts the Trooper was able to locate video footage and other information in this case.  Below are two photographs State Troopers were able to obtain from surveillance footage of the suspect exiting the store.
