                  STATE POLICE MAKE NARCOTICS ARREST

   Today, 07/16/10, the State Police Statewide Narcotics Task Force, working a narcotics investigation assisted by Officers of the Wolcott Police Department, executed a search and seizure warrant and an arrest warrant at 9 Alma Avenue in Wolcott. 

   This undercover narcotics investigation was conducted by Statewide Narcotics Detectives who gathered facts and information during the investigation that led SNTF Detectives to apply to Superior Court GA #4 Waterbury for a Search and Seizure Warrant for the private residence at 9 Alma Avenue, Wolcott, and also for an arrest warrant for the accused in this case.  The warrants were issued by the court that led to the arrest today. 

   The accused was located at the residence by Detectives and was taken into custody by SNTF Narcotics Detectives without incident. The accused was processed by SNTF Detectives and released on $10,000 bond.

   Accused was released on $10,000 bond and will appear at GA #4 Waterbury
