State Police Make Arrest In Forgery Case
The Commissioners of the Department of Public Safety and Motor Vehicles announced today the arrest of two people for forgery in connection with a complaint reported to State Police by the DMV.

Information provided to State Police by the DMV led State Police Detectives, during this investigation, to examine records and conduct numerous interviews that resulted in two arrest warrant applications being submitted to Superior Court for the arrest of both the accused for incidents that occurred in 2006. The arrest warrants were issued by the court and both accused were taken into custody by Troopers shortly after 10:00 a.m. on 08/24/10.

The two accused were taken into custody without incident by State Police Detectives and transported to Troop E in Montville.

                     24 Crouch Rd.
                     Hebron, Ct.

CHARGES:   Conspiracy to commit Forgery 2nd  (2cts)
                     Accessory to forgery 2nd    (2cts)
                     Forgery 2nd  (2CTS)

ARRESTED: RADKE, Thea   DOB: 4/2/55
                     506  Rt. 6
                     Andover, CT.

CHARGES:   Forgery 2nd (2cts)
                     Conspiracy to Commit Forgery 2nd  (2cts)

The accused were processed and released on $5,000 bond to appear in Superior Court GA #21 Norwich on 09/0/2/10.

The investigation is continuing.
