TROOPER FIRST CLASS KENNETH HALL

   TFC Hall is a 22-year-veteran of the Connecticut State Police.  He graduated from the State Police Academy on September 2, 1988 and was assigned to patrol duty at Troop-L Litchfield.

   TFC Hall was transferred to Troop D in January 5, 1990. He served on patrol at Troop D until his transfer March 19, 1992 to Troop E patrol operations.

   TFC Hall transferred to Eastern District Traffic Squad in April 1993. On April 4, 1993, Trooper Hall was promoted to Trooper First Class.

   TFC Hall served in Central District Traffic and Traffic Services Unit.  He also served as an adjunct instructor at the Connecticut State Police Training Academy. During his State Police career, he was assigned to many specialized details including presidential visits, many VIP protection assignments, and other special events.

   TFC Hall was well-respected in law enforcement and served as a role model for all State Troopers. He was highly trained and proficient in Commercial and Truck Enforcement on Connecticut highways.

   TFC Hall is a Marine Corps veteran.
