                                                   New Haven Task Force   

                  Search Warrant Execution and Arrests Made in New Haven

On 05/06/2008 an ongoing investigation conducted by SNTF-New Haven Initiative concerning drug dealing within the city of New Haven led to the execution of a search warrant at 43 Elliot Street, 1st Floor, New Haven

Seized from the residence were approximately 3.19 pounds of marijuana (1,449.4 grams), a .22 caliber Ohmbre 9 shot pistol and packaging materials. 

Arrested:

1. Terrance Watt DOB 12-06-78 of 119 Ellsworth Avenue, New Haven,

2.  Henry Atkinson DOB 07-08-69 of 43 Elliot Street, 1st Floor, New Haven and

3.  Sheala Westley DOB 05-07-87 of 19 Read Street, New Haven

All were arrested for Possession of Marijuana over Four Ounces, Possession of Marijuana with intent to sell over four ounces, Possession of Marijuana within 1,500 feet of a School Over Four Ounces, Possession of Marijuana W.I.T.S. within 1,500 feet of a School Over Four Ounces and Possession of Marijuana over a Kilo W.I.T.S. 

The approximate street value of the marijuana is $7,100.00.
