Domestic Incident in Morris Results in Arrest
and Weapons Seizure
Late on Tuesday night, 06/24/08, Christine Bochicchio arrived at Troop L in Litchfield to report that her husband, Bruce Bochicchio had several firearms stored at their residence in Morris in violation of a standing restraining order recently issued by the court.

During the course of an investigation into this, a search and seizure warrant was obtained and executed at the residence at #174 Bantam Lake Rd. Morris CT. Bruce Bochichio was not at the residence during the time of this search. The search resulted in the seizure of several weapons.

Subsequently through the course of this continuing investigation it was reported that there had been a domestic incident at the residence which may have prompted the complaint being made on the 24th at Troop L. It was alleged that Bruce Bochicchio made threats of violence towards family members.

An arrest warrant was applied for and issued for Bruce Bochicchio based on the above facts. Attempts to locate Bochicchio were unsuccessful. However these attempts did prompt Bruce Bochicchio to learn of the outstanding warrant and to turned himself into Troop L early on Thursday 06/26/2008.
