                        STATE POLICE NEW HAVEN TASK FORCE ARREST

During the evening hours on 04/15/2008 The State Police New Haven Task Force conducted an extensive criminal investigation concerning drug dealing activates within the city of New Haven. As  a result of information and leads developed during the investigation the investigators submitted and obtained a search and seizure warrant for a private residence at 458 Poplar St..  Investigators executed the search & seizure warrant at 458 Poplar Street, 1st Floor, New Haven.  Seized in a vehicle parked in the driveway and on the person of Bruce J. Perez, were 58 bags of heroin weighing approximately 13.8 grams, 1 gram of marijuana and $570.00 in cash.  

ARRESTED: Bruce J. Perez, DOB 09-28-88

                        703 George Street,

                        New Haven Ct.

CHARGES:   Possession of Narcotics,

                        Possession of Narcotics With Intent Sell

                        Possession of Marijuana. 

The State Police and New Haven Police Task Force continue narcotics investigations in the City of New Haven.
