The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) today announced that the agency is extending the deadline for the submission of proposals from Friday, July 27, 2018 to Friday, August 24, 2018.

The National-Register listed buildings on Long Island Sound are being offered by DEEP under a long term lease for adaptive re-use as a hospitality venue.  The Master Plan for the property envisions a public-private partnership resulting in a 60-100 room boutique hotel with associated amenities.
