Airport Development Zones
Tax incentives are available to manufacturers and certain related businesses that build or renovate facilities near our air traffic hubs. These zones include areas close to Bradley International Airport, Groton-New London Airport and Waterbury-Oxford Airport.

Enterprise Zones and Enterprise Corridors
More than 40 Connecticut communities offer real and property tax abatements to businesses that develop properties in distressed areas known as Enterprise Zones or Enterprise Corridors. Many types of businesses can qualify for Enterprise-Zone-level incentives in specially designated districts.

Transit-Oriented Development (TOD)
Looking to build new retail or office space, housing or a mixed-use development? Connecticut offers pre-development and acquisition financing to eligible developments along our key transit corridors, including the CTfastrak and expanded railway services.
