How To Apply

For an Arts Workforce Initiative Apprenticeship

Individuals interested must submit an application online.  

You must be prepared to complete the on-line application in its entirety and on the same device.  Users are unable to save and return at a later time.  Applicants are encouraged to review the application questions and prepare responses in a WORD document.  When you are ready to complete the application, simply copy and paste your responses into the appropriate sections.
 
The deadline to submit an application is Monday, March 30, 2020.

To be a Host Organization 

The deadline to submit an Intent to Apply to be a Host Organization has passed (it was Friday, February 28, 2020).  Selected organizations will be notified the week of March 9th and invited to submit an official application.  The deadline for the official application is Monday, March 30, 2020.

Reporting Requirements

Host organizations will be required to submit a certified final report including:

  • a narrative explaining the duties and projects that the apprentice completed;
  • a work schedule/time sheet to document that the individual completed the required 250 hours;
  • a financial summary showing payment to individual; and
  • supplemental documentation.

Apprentices will be required to submit a final report.
