Apply, Renew, or Maintain (incl. Update Statement) the Construction Contractor Prequalification application:

New BizNet Users (for Initial application):

  1. Go to the BizNet website and choose 'Create New Account'
  2. Once account has been created, go to the page labeled 'Doing Business With The State'
  3. Choose the 'Contractor Prequalification Application' link
  4. Once on the Contractor Dashboard, choose the link for 'Application'
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete each page
  6. Once the application is complete with all documents uploaded, submit the application.  A confirmation that the application has been submitted successfully will appear.
  7. The application will give a prompt to submit payment and will will not be processed until payment is received.  Online payments are accepted via American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.  If unable to pay via credit card, contact the DAS Prequalification staff for alternate instructions.

Existing BizNet Users (to Renew or Maintain - incl. Update Statement):

  1. Go to the BizNet website  and Login
  2. Go to the page labeled 'Doing Business With The State'
  3. Choose the 'Contractor Prequalification Application' link
  4. Once on the Contractor Dashboard, choose the link for 'Application'
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to review and update every page
  6. Once the application is complete with all documents uploaded, submit the application.  A confirmation that the application has been submitted successfully will appear.
  7.
