Since the classes have already been approved by OEDM , you only need to use the Approval for outside credit application form to verify attendance. Each link below will provide you with the training announcement, including registration information, and the approved outside credit form. Print the outside credit form and bring it with you to the training. Make sure you get proof of attendance; either sign the registration sheet if one is provided, or get a certificate, etc.

If a group is offering the training, your proof of attendance will be sent to OEDM by the program sponsor. If this is not a group program, submit the approved outside credit form with your proof of attendance to the address on the form.
