Therefore, it is extremely important that Connecticut state government take an active role in facilitating counting efforts by establishing the Connecticut Complete Count Committee.”

The Connecticut Complete Count Committee is an advisory panel of community leaders who represent diverse populations from across the state.
The CCCC is a powerful leadership team made up of elected officials, faith leaders, community health centers, chambers of commerce, community activists and heads of housing authorities.
The Committee has three main goals:
1. Analyze undercounts from previous Census efforts.
2. Strategize on ways to remove roadblocks and boost 2020 Census participation.
3. Support every town and city in Connecticut to ensure a safe and accurate count.
As part of this effort, the CCCC will assist municipal governments in forming Local Complete Count Committees. These satellite teams will promote awareness in their own communities and encourage response to the 2020 Census.
