How do we get copies of our records?

You can receive copies of all the documents you file with us either online, by visiting the Secretary of the State office, or by mailing your request. Please note:

  • Copies are available in black and white only: We cannot provide color copies.
  • All business and UCC records filed electronically are available to you for free.
  • When you use online filing you automatically receive a copy at that time. We encourage you to file those for your records.
