How do I know if my annual report is due?
We’ll email the address you provided about 1 month before it’s due. If you didn’t tell us your email address, we’ll mail a postcard to the business address you provided instead.
You can look up the due date anytime:
- Create or log into your CT.gov account
- Go to the business filing page
- Find your company. The next screen will show when the last annual report was filed and when the next one is due.
