About annual reports
An annual report has basic information about your company. You file it every year so we have up-to-date information. It doesn’t include any financial information.
These types of companies must file an annual report:
Stock and non-stock corporation
Limited liability company (LLC)
Limited liability partnership (LLP)
Limited partnership (LP)
Depending on the type of business, the information you report may include these:
Business email and street address
Owner’s mailing and street addresses
Registered agent’s name, email, mobile phone number, and business, residence, and mailing addresses
Principal’s name, title, email, and business and residence addresses
If your report is overdue, you can’t get a certificate of legal existence, which may make it difficult to do business. If you don’t file your annual report, the Secretary of the State’s Office may dissolve your business.
