DATE:                         Tuesday, July 21, 2009 @ 0900 hours

On the above date and time The Connecticut State Police Central District Major Crime Squad served an  arrest warrant on Joseph C. Crudup (D.O.B. 12/14/73) of 50 Lawrence Street, New Haven, CT after an investigation related to an motor vehicle collision on interstate 91 in Enfield on April 20th, 2009.  An arrest warrant was completed and issued by the Enfield Superior Court for reckless endangerment 1st degree.  The accused was arrested by State Police Detectives.

The accused was transported to Troop “I” Bethany where he was processed and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond with a scheduled court date of 07/21/09 for Enfield Superior Court GA-13.
