STATE POLICE INVESTIGATE BURGLARY IN MIDDLEFIELD

On 09/03/09 at approximately 10:44 am, Troop F received a report of a Burglary at Guidas Restaurant.  Based on the information developed by the investigating Middlefield Resident Trooper, it was learned that on Thursday, September 3rd 2009, at approximately 0023 hours, surveillance cameras captured an unknown white male burglarizing the restaurant located at 484 Meriden Road, in the town of Middlefield.  Entry was gained through a back window of the restaurant.  The victims reported that money was stolen from the cash register.  The white male suspect has a medium build and is possibly in his late thirties or early forties.  His hairline appears to be receding and he was wearing a tan wearing a Tan or yellow Carhartt jacket with denim jeans.
