Bank Robbery

New Alliance Bank

1078 North Main Street Killingly Plaza Dayville, CT

     On June 27, 2007 at approximately 2:10pm Troopers from Troop D Danielson responded to a reported bank robbery at the New Alliance Bank, 1078 North Main Street Dayville. Initial Troopers determined that a white male wearing a dark colored baseball style cap, red long sleeve shirt, dark pants, and having a white bandage on the bridge of his nose entered the bank approaching the tellers. The male subjected demanded money from then tellers indicating that it was a robbery while handing the tellers a note. That after receiving the money, the suspect fled the bank and was observed by witnesses entering beige colored four door sedan, midsize with shiny rims. The vehicle was last seen traveling east on RT 101 towards the Rhode Island state line. The suspect is described a mid twenties, 5’6” average build short hair.
