Press Conference & Photo Opportunity

Traffic Enforcement Campaign to be Unveiled Monday

          The Connecticut State Police will kick off its Holiday traffic enforcement campaign, Operation SANTA, at a press conference Monday. The State Police will again partner with Heineken USA to reduce illegal activity related to alcohol consumption.

          The event will feature the new graphics, posters and other media that will be used to highlight the message that underage drinking is illegal. State Police are focusing on a new state law that threatens jail time and/or fines for those who provide alcohol to minors, even at a private residence.
