State Police Make Arrest for Harassment Regarding E-Mails

On July 23, 2006 State Police Detectives from Troop A in Southbury, CT initiated a criminal  investigation after the complainant Richard Burke reported he had been  threatened via e-mail messages sent to him.

The complainant, Richard Burke told the Detectives that he had received the e-mail messages in regards to his official capacity as a member of the Board of Finance for the Town of Oxford.

After a lengthy investigation State Police Detectives applied to Superior Court and obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect in this investigation.

Today 10/4/2006 the following person was arrested:

   Accused:  Frank MOLLO   age 45      d.o.b. 03/15/1961

                      153 Meadowview Drive, Harwinton, CT

    Charges: Harassment 2nd Degree

    Bond: released on a $5,000 Surety Bond

    Court: G.A. 5  Derby
