The Radiation Division sets standards for the safe operation of equipment that produces radiation and for the possession, use, storage, transportation and disposal of radioactive material. The Division inspects facilities that use radioactive material, x-ray machines and other radiation producing devices and is responsible for responding to reports of accidents and incidents involving radioactive materials.
