Wednesday: Lt. Gov. Wyman Speaks at CT School Superintendents Meeting in Hartford, Participates in Groundbreaking at State Veterans Cemetery
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Wednesday morning, Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will join Department of Education Commissioner Dianna Wentzell at a back-to-school meeting for Connecticut superintendents. The Lt. Governor will thank them for their partnership in efforts to improve Connecticut public schools.
Later, the Lt. Governor will join Governor Dannel P. Malloy, Department of Veterans' Affairs Commissioner Sean Connolly, Department of Administrative Services Commissioner Melody Currey, and other officials and advocates at the groundbreaking for the improvements and expansion of the state's Veterans Cemetery.
