(HARTFORD, CT) - On Monday, Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman, Chair of the Board of Access Health CT, Department of Labor Commissioner Sharon Palmer, and Access Health CT Acting CEO Jim Wadleigh will hold a news conference to encourage residents to participate in healthcare open enrollment before the Sunday, February 15 midnight deadline.
