WEDNESDAY: GOV. MALLOY MAKES ANNOUNCEMENTS IN HARTFORD; HOLDS COMMUNITY FORUM IN MIDDLETOWN

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Wednesday at 8:30 a.m., Governor Dannel P. Malloy will speak at the Connecticut Business and Industry Association and the Connecticut Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives' 2013 Business Day event.

At 9:15 a.m., Governor Malloy will give remarks at the Connecticut Association of Boards of Education's 2013 legislative day.

At 10:00 a.m., Governor Malloy and Department of Economic & Community Development Commissioner Catherine Smith will hold a news conference with officials from the Small Business Administration to make an economic development announcement.

At 12:00 p.m., Governor Malloy, Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman, Department of Administrative Services Commissioner Donald DeFronzo and other officials will hold a news conference to announce the details of a major state investment in downtown Hartford.

At 7:00 p.m., Governor Malloy and Lt. Governor Wyman will hold a community forum in Middletown, where they will speak with members of the public on the state's pressing issues. This will be the first event of this series of community forums .
